A Level-3 (old category 2b) long distance of 37 miles @ 2000’ of climb and suitable for a hybrid or road bike.

I’d love your company on a ride from Cooden Beach Station at 10.00am, cycling through Pevensey Levels and up the Cuckoo Trail towards Hailsham.
We’ll head off towards Broad Oak where we’ll stop for a lunch break at Tottingworth Farm.
From there we’ll head towards Three Cups Corner and through Dallington heading to Ashburnham.
We’ll pass through Ninfield & Hooe and if we have time, may stop at Hope Cottage for a coffee.
Then back through Little Common to Cooden Beach Station.

Should be back by around 3.30pm.
