So far there are two rides on the day (the first one has 2 pickup points) :

1. Philip has organised a ride with pickup points in Little Common and Battle…
From the Wheatsheaf PH at Little Common roundabout, we will cycle via Lunsford Cross and Catsfield to Battle Abbey Green where there will be another opportunity to join the ride. We will then continue via Marley Lane and Wheel Lane to The New Inn Westfield, hopefully arriving in time for 12 noon. We will return via The Greenway. However, The Greenway is gravelly and may not be considered suitable by some with road bikes, who may wish to keep to the roads by returning via Haley Shute Road and the A259.

Depart from Little Common roundabout 10:30am
Depart from Battle Abbey Green approx. 11:15am
Return to Little common after lunch in about 1 hour

Total roundtrip is approx. 25 miles. Battle to Westfield is about 5.5 miles.
07845 968149 (txt preferred).  Let Philip know where you will be waiting (Little Common or Battle)

2. Dawn has organised a ride from the Co-Op on Battle road…
Leaving the Co-op in Battle Road on the junction of Upper Church Road just after 10:30am to join with the group leaving Battle at 11:15am to cycle to the New Inn. After the meal we will cycle back to St Leonards via A28 and A21. Ride from Co-op to Battle is approximately 4 miles and the ride from Westfield to St Leonards is approximately 4 miles. Level 2A suitable for road or hybrid bike. Please contact Dawn 07870602277 if you would like to join her.
